Please make sure you read and fully understand our Terms & Conditions before placing any orders with MURMUR. If you are using a guardian’s credit or debit card to make a purchase you must let your guardian know about our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before subscribing and/or signing up to our site.

To make a purchase on our website you are not required to register. You can proceed to checkout, as a visitor should you not wish to open an account. To be able to use some of the services and features you will need to create an account with us. To be notified of any promotional offers, discounts and/or special events, you will need to subscribe to our newsletter. You do not need to create an account to subscribe to our newsletter, but can opt to do so once you have created an account and have signed in. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. You must notify customer@murmur.ro immediately of any breaches in security or unauthorized use of your account.
ORDER
Acceptance
By placing an order on the website, the customer submits a request to purchase the displayed products. After placing the order, the customer will automatically receive an email confirming receipt of the order, which is for informational purposes only and does not represent the acceptance of the order nor the conclusion of the sales contract.
The sales contract shall be considered concluded only when the order is explicitly confirmed by the seller through the transmission of a notification regarding the actual shipment of the products to the customer, in electronic format (email).
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order placed by the customer, without any further obligation of either party towards the other, in the following situations, without limitation:

failure of the payment transaction;

invalidation of the transaction by the payment processor;

incomplete or incorrect data provided by the customer;

suspicion of fraud or abusive activity;

technical errors, including obvious errors in the display of prices or product characteristics;

product unavailability in stock.
The general Terms and Conditions of Sale shall form the basis of the Contract thus concluded.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Eligibility
In order to make purchases through the website, you are required to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. Our site is only available for use to individuals who meet our terms of eligibility and who have been issued with a valid debit/credit card by a bank acceptable to MURMUR and whose applications are acceptable to MURMUR.
Pricing Policy
The prices are indicated in EURO including VAT.
MURMUR will not offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or any other promotion that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted price or sale, no price adjustment will be offered should a further sale or price reduction follow.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges.
For any order outside of the European Union, Taxes & Import Duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product prices. They are estimated at checkout, depending on the country, product category, order details- you can choose to pay them directly through us, or you can choose to pay the import duties once the package arrives at the customs, on your side, when the custom officers will contact you. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. MURMUR is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities.
If the recipient refuses to pay these charges at the arrival of the package or is unavailable to accept delivery, the package will be returned, and MURMUR cannot refund the original shipping costs.
Payment
By card
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard , American Express cards, via Paypal. Debit and credit card payments are processed via Netopia or Shopify Payments, a 3D-secure payment gateway provider. PayPal is an online payment processing company widely used on the Internet to facilitate sales transactions, including credit card payments. When you proceed with making your online purchase and you select PayPal as a method of payment you will be transferred to the PayPal site where your transaction will be processed. You do not need a PayPal account and there is no additional cost to you. For more information about PayPal, please access www.paypal.com.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of an order acknowledgement email. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to MURMUR, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
By Cash on Delivery
Payment in Cash are only available in Romania.
By Klarna
Buy Now Pay Later Payment Provider. In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might ask for personal data at checkou, for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Klarna is exclusively responsible for any paymeny made through them. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice. Buy Now Pay Later Payment Provider. You can buy now and pay the order amount in 30 days with no extra charges. PayPo is exclusively responsible for any payment issue proceseed through them. Please read their policies in order to check if you are eligible or not: PayPo.
Promotion codes & credit notes
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. If provided, they must be redeemed by the date published. Promotion codes do not apply for items that are already discounted. Credit notes are non-cash transferable and must also be used within the allocated period either by emailing customer@murmur.ro.
Gift Cards
MURMUR Virtual Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
Gift Cards are valid six months from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the the murmurstore.com.
Gift Cards are non-transferable, can only be used on the MURMUR site for which they are issued and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
MURMUR is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
MURMUR is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
MURMUR reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a Murmur Gift Card.
Gift Cards can be purchase only with Debit/Credit Card or PayPal.
Delivery
MURMUR will dispatch your order as soon as possible after the receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of of the product. We have products with Fast Delivery which are available in stock (delivery up to 5 working days in Europe, and up to 12 working days in the rest of the World), products made on order in the atelier (delivery up to 20-25 days depending on the product) and Pre-Ordered Products (the delivery window for this specific products are mentioned on each product page/ Delivery details)
To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen DHL Express and UPS for international deliveries. The shipping costs are free only for orders over 300 euros. For any order under 300 euros, the shipping costs might vary depending on the delivery address and number of items. These shipping costs are displayed at checkout and collected from the customer together with the product costs.
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number from us, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and MURMUR is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
MURMUR insures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you.
