Shipping policy

For orders under €300, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Any applicable taxes and duties are also non-refundable. Only the amount paid for the product itself is eligible for a refund. 

We are not responsible for delayed shipments, loss, damage, non-delivery, or incorrect delivery of a shipment or any part of it when caused by the following circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

– Road blockages (fallen trees, rocks, multiple-vehicle collisions), landslides near roads;

– Bridge collapses, tunnel blockages, train derailments near roads, natural blockages, unauthorized strikes, spontaneous regional uprisings, weather conditions unfavorable to the planned route;

– Natural causes: earthquakes, disasters, devastating storms, tornadoes, wildfires, floods, river overflows, riverbed changes, etc.;

– Human causes: state of war, state of siege, forced nationalization (transfer to state ownership), revolutions, civil unrest, etc.;

–Failure to fulfill orders by suppliers or third parties.
