Information about delivery

We ship internationally through DHL Express or UPS. We offer free delivery for orders over €300.

Products that are on stockwill be shipped in 2-5 working days within the European Union and in up to 8-12 working days in the rest of the world.

For the products made on order in our own atelier (details mentioned on every product page), the delivery can take up to 14-18 working days, depending on the country.

For made-to-measure products, the cost of the service is 15% extra from the standard price of the product which will be charged prior to the production of the piece through an online payment link.

All shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be calculated at checkout.You can choose to pay them through us or at the customs upon their arrival to your country. For USA deliveries, orders under $250 are not subject to import duties and taxes.

MURMUR will process your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays.

To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen DHL Express or UPS for international deliveries. For orders under €300, the shipping costs are calculated at checkout and supported by you. The shipping cost vary upon shipping country and number of items ordered.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number from us, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and MURMUR is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

MURMUR insures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you.
